Job Description:

To achieve Branch target on indicators Credit Metrics / Operations Metrics / Customer service Metrics/
Gold Loan Metrics.
Training of Branch Operations / Cashier / Sales on Policies & Processes for Gold Loan / Consumer
Durables / Vehicle refinance /other Products as & when launched.
Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT.
Delivering Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan / Refinance loan, Cross sell &
CD business.
Checking & Valuation of Gold.
Monitoring of Branch Cash Process.
Ensuring adherence to Vaulting Process & Policies.
Supporting Branch Cashier in resolution for Customer Service queries & request in defined TAT.
Provide Feedback to Regional /HO Authorities on Credit Process / Policies / Local Market on a regular basis.
Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback.
Recruiting and manpower forecast & planning.
Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results &
High levels of employee Satisfaction.
Vendor Management (CPV).
Ensuring Cost within Budget.
Support in Branch Admin Activities.
Maintain Minimal Errors in Audit Report published by HO.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Must have prior experience in Gold Loans Operations
Knowledge of T/W / Auto Loan / CD Loan / Cross sell will be an added advantage
Good conceptualization skills.
Leadership and Team building skills.
