. Responsible for the investigation and mgmt of all follow-up activities needed to determine root cause, identify workarounds, delivery and certification of vendor fixes or design changes, and plan for design redundancy testing within the network.
. Interface with client’s IT organization on a daily basis. Assist in the data gathering for monthly client review of incident and problem management.
. Provide 24×7 on call support. Be able to work well in a team environment.
. Strong Data Center architecture knowledge as well as WAN, LAN, WAAS, DDI, and Cisco Voice
