- Handling phone/email queries and replies of customers/clients on the phone/email
- Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for the information from the start to the end of the process.
- Work on new marketing strategies and create new internet campaigns for the company offerings.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies.
- Experience with software/School ERP product preferred.
