Job Description:

        1. The Team Member is the associate responsible to ensure we are delivering timely and accurate information to each and every participant. The TM works with the Operations Manager (OM) to identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions. The TM works with the OM and others to resolve participant issues. The TM is responsible for workflow management and for resolving participant issues.

Responsibilities

        1. Executes Issue/Query Resolution
        2. Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups
        3. Telephone and written queries resolution as per the standard procedures
        4. Ongoing delivery of quality service
        5. Ensure service accuracy through compliance (TAT)
        6. Maintain documentation of SOP”s/Operating Instructions
        7. Identify, share, and implement process Improvements
        8. Compliance to TRBS & MIS
        9. Processes are thoroughly executed
        10. All Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met (workflow closeout, etc.)
        11. Ensure information is processed in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve agreed
        12. business objectives
        13. Work with OM to communicate problems/issues, to ensure delivery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Eligibility Criteria:

        1. Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BSc, BBA,BHM (No Full time MBA)(No BCA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
        2. 0-2 years of work experience
        3. Excellent communication skills
        4. Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
        5. Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)

Selection/Interview process:
