Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Identify, share and support operational improvements
Knowledge & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline* (aggregate marks of >=50% with no gaps / failure throughout graduation)
No B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA,MBA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work experience of 0-24 months (experience in voice process / customer service preferred)
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer operating skills (MS- Office applications)
