Global service desk analyst role is a customer focused and fast paced first level Service Desk providing Technology customer service, expected to provide support in the areas of password resets, network administration and technical diagnosis and restoration of service for PC/LAN users.
- The incumbent is expected to exhibit good customer service ethics is part of this job, putting customers first and delivering operations service that continuously exceeds the customer’s expectations and all this achieved well within the time frame
- The successful candidate should exhibit professional interpersonal skills and collaborate with the team and other groups and maintain excellent relation within the team.
- The Candidates should be a graduate,from a recognized university.
- Should have basic Understanding of Active Directory \ Mail Client preferably outlook \ Network
- Must possess excellent Communication skills and typing skills.
- Should be able to do basic trouble shooting – Desktop and hardware
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in IT
- Should have the ability to work under pressure and shifts
