Job Description:

Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
Providing input, creating and/or executing testing artifacts to include but not be limited to: Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics, Status and Defect Reports
Execution of manual and automated test scripts for functional and performance testing
Coordinate operation team testing process, run daily test calls, assist in facilitating go/no go calls
Provide specific guidance on defects to developers and logs, tracks and verify resolution of software and specification defects
Providing weekly status reports to Management

Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualification :-
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience of performance testing concepts, tools and design decisions, within a change team or in the scope of operational testing
Ability to analyze and formulate functional and performance test strategies
Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes and previous experience in QA testing
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently articulate technical subject matter
Strong organizational skills and requires the ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
Team player, reliable and dependable
