- At least 6 months experience in installing, configuring, basic troubleshooting of enterprise products of networking like switches, routers, accesspoints, WAN/Lan.
- Wider knowledge in basics of Infrastructure Management and enterprise technologies Wintel/ VMware/Unix/Network/Database at a conceptual level and should be capable of performing SOP based activities across all technologies.
- Preferred to have at least 1 years experience in monitoring products
- Perform/execute service requests and prepare/send daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Engage vendors to assist with resolution of incidents, where relevant
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Should be Flexible to work on Rotational 24*7 shifts.
- Should have worked in process driven environment.
- Should be familiar with escalation, Incident and Change management process.(ITIL)
- Relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
- Should have quick learning skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should have Good experience on Service Desk support/ Application support
