Accel Frontline Limited hiring Customer Support Engineer/ Technician

Receive and record requests/incidents from Customer via phone and e-mail.

        1. Analyze requests/incidents, and provide resolution.
        2. Anti-Virus Deployment Planning and Installation, Troubleshooting.
        3. Manage Antivirus policies on servers and Endpoints.
        4. If solution cannot be provided, escalate the request/incident to a senior engineer.
        5. Provide status updates to the requester based on SLA (Service Level Agreement).
        6. Review request/incident and resolution and provide improvement plans.

Mandatory Requirements

        1. Knowledge on OS (Windows or Linux) Support
        2. Knowledge on antivirus products
        3. Knowledge in remote support.
        4. Basic knowledge on Network
        5. Excellent communication skills English & Hindi.
        6. Bachelors Degree in Engineering CSE, EEE, ECE, EIE, IT or ANY

Following will be a plus for the position:

        1. ITIL v3 Foundations certification.
        2. Knowledge in VMware and cloud technology.
        3. Work experience in client facing IT support.

Additional Notes:

        1. This position requires working on night shift. (Rotational Shift system)
        2. Male candidates preferred
        3. Any Engineering MUST.
        4. Both are Rotational Shift.
        5. Male candidates preferred.
        6. Location: Chennai
        7. Candidates Location: Anywhere in PAN India.
