Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering incoming live chats from customers and assisting on a variety of topics including sales
• Responsible for managing self performance with high quality standards
• Responsible for cross-sell, up-sells and value add sell on line
• Responsible for responding in an efficient and professional manner.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints; identifies and escalates priority issues.
• Build a strong personal customer rapport and establish engagement to drive positive customer experience
• Ensures compliance with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Graduates & Undergraduates

•  Excellent spoken & written Communication skills as per the 'GRADE A' mentioned below.
• You must be able write 30 to 35 words per minute using a computer keyboard
• Expert in using MS Excel, Internet and Intranet Resources
•  Highly self-motivated to achieve high standards in both quantity and quality
•  Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and recognise when issues need escalation
•  Experience in selling using online media
