1. The applicants are required to go through the detailed notification and decide themselves as to their eligibility for this recruitment carefully before applying. 

2. The applicants have to submit the application along with enclosures well in advance. Applications received after due date will be rejected. The TSNPDCL will not be responsible for the postal delay.

3. Incomplete/in-correct/in-eligible application form will be summarily rejected. TSNPDCL under any circumstances will not entertain the information if any furnished by the candidate subsequently. Applicants should be careful in filling up the application form at the time of submission. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, the candidature will be rejected even though he/she comes through the final stage of recruitment process or even at later state 

4. The applicants should not furnish any false/tampered/fabricated information or suppress any material information while filling of the application.

5. Mere submission of application and mere attending of interview does not Confer any right on the applicant for appointment to the post of Chairperson/CGRF-II.

No Person shall be appointed and/or be entitled to continue as a Chairperson or a Member if he/she stands disqualified on account of his/her;

a. Having been adjudged an insolvent; 

b. Having been convicted of an offence which, in the opinion of the Licensee, involves a moral turpitude. 

c. Having become physically or mentally incapable of acting as such a member;

d. Having acquired such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his/her functions as a Chairperson; 

e. Having so abused his/her position as to render his/her continuance in office prejudicial to public interest; 

f. Having been guilty of proved misbehavior;

g. Refusal or failure, without reasonable cause to discharge the functions for a period of at least three months; or

h. Ceases to fulfill any of the conditions of his/her appointment as a Member. The Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana State Ltd (TSNPDCL) reserves the right to modify/cancel the Notification and/ or Recruitment Process at any stage without assigning any reason.

Applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted and shall be called for to attend the interview.
