1. Post Name: JUNIOR PROGRAMME COORDINATOR – (Admission and Study in India) - 1 Position

2. Eligibility: The Jr. Programme Coordinator (Admission and Study in India) should have a Masters’ degree in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ International Relations/ Public Relations/ Management Studies/ MBA/ Hospitality Management/ Travel and Tourism with minimum 02 years of relevant work experience involving coordination/ consultancy/ training/ teaching/ research or similar academic and administrative profile and experience. Interested individuals should demonstrate high proficiency in communication; oral and written skills; computer application/ data management; good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various stakeholders - students, faculty members, staff at all levels

3. Key Responsibilities: The Jr. Programme Coordinator (Admission and Study in India) is required to handle the complete admission process of International Students to full-time Degree and Diploma programmes (across TISS campuses). He/ she will also be responsible for developing and facilitating the full-fledged Customized Short-term Study in India Programmes and International Workshop/ Seminar/ Conferences/ Symposiums etc., organized by the International Relations Office on a regular basis. He/ she will help IRO in both these functions by management of administration of affiliated International students/ staff and faculty; documentation of regular activities; advising international groups on immigration, accommodation and other logistical support, and actively participate in coordination and management of overall administration of International Relations Office.

4. Salary: The total consolidated remuneration will be about Rs. 35, 000/- per month. The selected candidate shall be entitled to Leave, P.F. and medical benefits as permissible under the Institute's rules.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Age will be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates

1. Post Name: ASSISTANT FINANCE EXECUTIVE - 1 Position

2. Eligibility: Candidates should have passed M.Com Degree with at-least 55% marks and with min. 02 years of work experience in the relevant field. In addition they should have passed MS-CIT & Tally from a Government recognized Institution. Candidates having qualification like CA or ICWAI Inter will be given preference. Similarly, apart from the finance and accouting background, candidates need to possess good written and oral communication & comprehension skills in English language and advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Power-point and ERP.

3. Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the 'Assistant Finance Executive' will be to assist the Executive Finance, in the Overall Financial Management and Accounting Activities in the IRO; support in preparing accounts related database for IRO and handle day to day accounting activities; prepare Income and Expenditure Statements and Reports for IRO; Maintain all Accounting voucher entry, Releasing payments for respective parties, Maintaining General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, Purchase Ledgers etc; Maintain data records in Tally/ Excel/ Word as per IRO/ Funding requirements; Maintaining the records of In-ward and Outward entry of finance related documents; managing IRO On-campus accommodation; Working extra hours to meet deadlines (if required) and Any other task may also be allocated – as and when required

4. Salary: The total consolidated remuneration will be about Rs. 27, 500/- per month. The selected candidate shall be entitled to Leave, P.F. and medical benefits as permissible under the Institute's rules.
