1. Qualification: First class engineering graduate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics & Communications or first class in MCA. Duration: The period of engagement shall be initially for a period of 03 years. Depending upon the need, the period of engagement may be extended for a further Period as decided by the bank.

2. Experience: The Executive in the rank equivalent to Asst. General Manager/Dy. General Manager of PSBs or Vice President in Private Sector Banks. 2. He/she should have worked for a minimum period of 08 years in the field of digital banking. He/she should have a good track record (shall not be facing any criminal charges/investigation) and operational experience in field and administrative offices.

3. Job Profile: Responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders, technology partners, NPCI, ecommerce partners/merchants and regulatory partners and ensure maximum uptime for all the Digital channels. Monitor competition and keep abreast of the channel offerings/ service developments. Monitor daily operations of delivery channels and identify improvement areas for re-engineering to ensure delivery of efficient and high quality service to customers. Support implementation of new digital products and enhancements for the existing digital channels based on local and global trends to improve service offerings to our customers.

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management or a related field of study. However master degree holder & CAIIB pass candidate will be given weightage.

2. Experience: Candidate should have working experience in any of Public Sector Banks, Private Sector banks or Reserve Bank of India for at least 10 years. Candidate should have worked for at least 05 years in the rank of Asst. General Manager and above in Compliance department/Risk Based Supervision Department.

3. Job Profile: The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for developing a compliance culture in the bank to ensure strict observance of all statutory provisions contained in various legislations such as Banking Regulation Act, RBI Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act etc., as well as to ensure Observance of other regulatory guidelines issued from time to time. Ensure compliance to standards and codes prescribed by IRDA, UIDAI, NPCI, NABARD, CVC. CIC, SEBI, BCSBI. IBA, FEDAI, FIMMDA, FEMA etc.. and other regulatory organisations. Policy guidelines and MOI, SOP of the Bank and also the Bank's internal policies and fair practices code.

Qualification: Masters Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics/ MBA (Finance) / MBA in Banking & Finance/ Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance from recognized University/ Institute Passing Financial Risk Manager (GARP)/Professional Risk Manager (PRMIA) is mandatory. Candidate who has completed CAIIB will be given preference.

2. Experience: Candidate should have a minimum of 20 years work experience in BFSI Sector. out of which at least 5 years in Enterprise Risk Management functions with specific exposure to Credit, Market and Operational Risk functions in addition tootherfunctions. Candidates should have worked at least 5 years in the rank of Assistant General Manager and above in Public/Private Sector Banks. Candidates with experience in IT functions with specific reference to Data aggregation, Risk Data Analytics, Quantitative Modeling etc will be given preference. Candidate should submit the Proof of experience along with application He/she should have a good track record (shall not be facing any criminal charges{investigation) and operational experience in field and administarive offices.

3. Job Profile: The CRO will be the key resource person providing in-depth expertise to the Top Management on key risk issues and assist in framing policies, formulate strategies etc. He/she is responsible for supporting the Top Management in its engagement with & oversight of the development of the Bank's risk appetite and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and for translating the risk appetite into risk limits structure. Monitoring performance related to risk-taking and risk limit adherence. Advising in key decision making processes (eg: strategic planning, capital and liquidity planning, new products and services, compensation design and operation) wherever sought for. Suggest best practices of Risk Management from intemational practices based on the maturity of the domestic banking systems. Suggest formulation of strategies for optimization of capital, data enrichment, improving key metrics Of risk management estimates to add value to the Banks' performance.
