It is proposed to engage, on contract basis, the services of Senior Research Fellow (Ayurveda) initially for a period of six months for the IMR Project titled "AMAR (Ayush Manuscripts Advanced Repository) - A Web based Electronic repository of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Yoga, Naturopathy and Sowa Rigpa Manuseripts Portal."The services may be curtailed or extendedat the discretion of the Competent Authority on need basis subject to performance of the individual.
1. Name of Position: SRF (Ayurveda)
2. Number of positions: 01
3. Essential: B.A.M.S degree from Recognized University.
4. Desirable: Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualification viz. M.D./ M.S. (Ayurveda) and candidates who have research experience of working under Ministry of Ayush sponsored projects, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent Organizations. or 2 Skills of drafting editing of scientific documents/articles/technical reports etc., along with working knowledge of MS Office and to utilize latest Information and Communication technology tools. Having Publications in peer reviewed journals. Working knowledge in Manuscrptiology and knowledge of different scripts.
5. Remuneration per month (INR) Rs. 35,000/- + HRA per month
General Conditions
1. The eligibility of the candidates in respect of age will be determined as on the 01-01-2021. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India Rules.
2. The engagement would be purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with project. No claim for continuance or regular appointment will be entertained.
3. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written test/interview.
4. The online formats for submission of bio-data is available at http://niimh.nic.in
5. Extension of tenure may be considered on need basis and performance of the incumbents.
6. Institute in-charge, NIIMH, Hyderabad reserves the rights to postpone or cancel the test and interview, without assigning any reason thereof.
7. All rights of engaging are reserved with Assistant Director In Charge.
8. All the Candidates appearing for Walk-in-Interview are requested to adhere to COVID-19 appropriate behaviour.
