1. Post Name & Salary: Engineer Consultant & 18000/- per month.
2. Qualification: The candidate should have B.E. / B.Tech (Civil/ Agriculture Engineering) from Government or acclaimed Engineering College / University. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Green house / Poly house construction preferably in central / State Government /PSU / nationally reputed construction firm is preferable.Engineers retired from Government service below 62 years age are also eligible

General Instruction
1. The Engineer Consultant shall conceptualize & prepare drawings, estimates and plans of the proposed Green house / Poly house and related activities including those of civil nature.The Engineer Consultant has to develop, verify and technically approve the content of Tender Paper for the proposed work.The Engineer Consultant shall verify and certify as to the correctness of plans and estimates in accordance with approved procedure and as per norms of PWD / HORTICULTURE Department, Odisha.
2. The Engineer Consultant will make visit to RPRC office four days a week for monitoring and quality check of the work and to attend to other official matter relating to implementation of programs under RKVY operated at the Centre. He will report to the concerned Scientist /Chief Executive, RPRC and inform progress of work from time to time
