Location : Tower Ops Mgt,Mumbai RCP,Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle issue resolution and work order closure PAN India
- Ensure daily tracking with circles for longer failure outages, faulty battery and rectifier module reconciliation
- Maintain operational discipline
- Follow up with circles & others stakeholders for early resolution
- Validate security automation system compliance of eNodeB sites and rectification of faulty SAS controller
- Track daily HUB sites outages
- Prepare and publish daily reports on various parameters of sites
- Manage infra uptime by diesel management
- Ensure zero outage due to fuel
- Implement new beat plan for fuel optimization
- Resolve issues hindering the effective closures of work orders
- Coordinate with stakeholders for service order 7 closure at eNodeB sites
Education Requirement : B.E. / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication
Experience Requirement : 5 - 10 years
Skills & Competencies :
- Knowledge of Tower maintenance
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication skills
- Coordination skills
- Business acumen
