RCFL Jobs 2019: 83 Engineer, Officer Vacancy for B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech, B.Sc, PG Diploma, MBA/PGDM published on 14th March 2019

On 06/03/2019, RCFL announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech, B.Sc, PG Diploma, MBA/PGDM for the position of Engineer, Officer.

Other Qualification Details:

1. Engineer (Electrical)

a. Qualification: Regular Fun time B.E. 1B. Tech./B.Sc Engineering (Electrical) from university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)/Government institution. Applicant having degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Power Engineering /Allied course in Electrical engineering will not be considered.

b. Minimum Percentage: 55% aggregate in Engineering Graduation. For SC/ST category candidates, the prescribed percentages are relaxed by 5%. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage Of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this % in the Application.

c. Experience:  Minimum 2 years' post qualification experience in Electrical Engineering preferably in Fertilizer / Chemical/ petro chemical/power plant industry as on 01.02.2019.

2. Engineer (Chemical): 

a. Qualification: Regular Filli time B.E. / B. Tech / B.SC Engineering (Chemical) from university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) / Government institution/ AICTE approved. Applicant having degree in Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology / Allied course in chemical engineering will not be considered.

b. Minimum percentage: 55% aggregate in Engineering Graduation. For SC/ST category candidates, the prescribed percentages are relaxed by 5%. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this % in the Application.

c. Experience: Minimum 2 years' post qualification and relevant experience in Process industry preferably in Fertilizer / Chemical / Refinery / Petro Chemical Industry as on 01.02.2019. The experience should be after acquiring minimum prescribed qualification.

3. Engineer (Environmental): 

a. Qualification: Regular full time B.E /B.Tech./' B.Sc Eng (Environmental Engg.) from university recognized by UGC /Govemment institution/AlCTE approved. OR Regular full time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg. preferably in chemical discipline and 2 years PG degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering from university recognized by UGC / Government Institution/ approved. AICTE OR Full time Graduation with full time M.E/ M.Tech (Environmental) from university recognized by UGC / Government Institution approved. /AICTE

b. Minimum percentage: 55% aggregate in B.E /B.Tech./ B.SC Engg. (Environmental Engg.). Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage Of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this % in the Application. OR 55% aggregate in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg. And 55 % aggregate in 2 years PG degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this OR 55% aggregate in M.E/ M. Tech (Environmental) Engineering post Graduation. c. Experience: 2 years' experience as on 0102.2019 in the field Of Environmental Management after acquiring above qualification. Preferably in process industry & having in depth knowledge in latest environmental norms, regulations rules, and standards Of national and International levels. Preference will also be given to the candidates who have done any distinguish work in Environmental Management The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period.

4. Salary and other Benefits: Total Monthly Gross emoluments at the minimum of the EI scale (Rs.40000 -140000) which includes, Basic Pay plus DA, plus House Rent Allowance, and other allowances works out to Rs.66,720/- approximately. Company accommodation, if desired, will be provided subject to availability in lieu of HRA with standard terms and conditions.

1.  Post Name: Officer (Fire ) - E1 Grade:

a. Qualification: Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech in Fire OR B.E. / B. Tech in Fire and Safety from University recognised by University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Government Institution / AICTE Approved.

b. Minimum Percentage: Aggregate 55% in Graduation. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this % in the Application.

c. Experience :- Minimum 2 year post qualification experience of handling fire & chemical/electrical/toxic hazards as Fire Officer / or Fire & Safety officer in the Industry. The candidates should have experience in Fire Fighting operations & system maintenance, operation of fire fighting vehicles, handling safety related work like incident/ accident reporting/ investigation analysis, safety inspection, job safety analysis, shutdown safety, construction safety, conducting safety meetings/ audits, conducting mock-drills, fire & safety training in a Petroleum Refining/ fertilizers/ chemical Industry as on 01/02/2019.

2. Post Name: Officer (fMarketting) - E1 Grade

a. Qualification: Full time UGC recognized Science/Engineering /Agriculture graduation of minimum 3 years duration and Full time IJGC recognized Post graduation degree of 2 years duration in one Of the following: MBA ( Marketing as specialization or Major) / MMS (Marketing as specialization or Major)/ MBA (Agri. Business Management) If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree certificate, letter from college/University specifying the specialization will be required.

b. Minimum percentage: Aggregate 60% in Graduation. Aggregate 60% in Post-graduation. For SC/ST category candidates, the prescribed percentages are relaxed by 5%. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage Of marks from concemed University/ Institute and mention this % in the Application.

c. Experience Minimum 2 years sales and Marketing experience as on 01.022019 preferably in agro related industry after Post Graduation qualification. The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period.

General Instructions

1. The above qualifications should be acquired from a recognized University/lnstitute.  Mere meeting to the eligibility criteria will not entail a candidate to be called for interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application or raise the standard of specifications in terms of eligibility criteria so as to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview. 6. The candidates should specify an active e-mail id and mobile number which should be valid throughout the recruitment / selection process. The eligible candidates will be intimated about the date, time and venue Of interview through e-mail / by sms (on the e-mail id as provided by them in the application form).

2. For appearing personal interview all outstation eligible candidates will be reimbursed to and fro Ill tier AC Train / Bus Fare (restricted to Ill tier AC Fare). The reimbursement will be made through electronic mode only and candidate must have valid & active Bank details such as Account Number, IFSC code, MICR code & PAN number. The reimbursement will only be done on the basis of actual travel for appearing interview from the place Of correspondence address mentioned by the candidate in the Application Form. It will for shortest route & documentary evidence of travel is must.

3. Candidates have to make their Own arrangement for lodging and boarding while appearing for interview. II-Candidates belonging to OBC but coming in 'creamy layer' will not be entitled to reservation benefits and should apply as General category. At the time Of interview, candidates belonging to OBC (Non creamy layer), submitting certificates in the prescribed format and which are issued by the Competent Authority after 1st April, 2018 (as given in Annexure l) will only be considered in the OBC category. If the certificate is not produced or not produced in the prescribed format, the candidates will be considered in General category. The mode of selection for above post at E 1 grade will be personal interview.
