OPGC at Ib Thermal Power Station (ITPS)has a Good Township with all modern amenities adjacent to the Power Plants. The ITPS hospital has a capacity of 18 beds. We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals to be engaged as Specialist Doctor on Fixed Term Contract basis.

1. Position: Specialist
2. No of Vacancies: Three (3) Nos
3. Eligibility Criteria: Specialist Positions:MBBS from recognized University with MD / DNB in Medicine / Gynecology / Pediatric.
4. Experience: Candidates having post qualification experience in Govt. or Private sector Hospital shall bepreferred
5. Consolidated Pay per Month: Rs. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only)
6. Pay & Allowances: Monthly consolidated remuneration as mentioned against position shall be paid. No other allowance is admissible except for the fixed remuneration as stated above. Annual Increment may be allowed based on individual performance. Mediclaim Insurance for self and dependent family members will be provided as per rules of the company.
7. Tenure of Contract: The engagement of Specialist Doctors will be purely temporary & will not confer any right to them to claim the status of a regular employee of the Corporation. The Initial contract tenure will be for 3 (Three) years from the date of engagement. The engagement is of Full-Time nature, hence selected candidate shall not accept any other job in whatsoever manner. Extension may be considered subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate and requirement of OPGC.

General Information and Instructions:
1. Application found incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected and No communication in this regard will be made to candidate.
2. Mere application for the post or fulfilling of the criteria doesn’t confer any right to the application to claim appointment.
3. Candidates working in State Govt. / Central Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies of Govt. shall have to produce “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) at the time of Personal Interview.
4. Furnishing of wrong information / suppression of material facts, if detected at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature. However, if the same is found afterengagement, the services will be terminated without any notice and legal action as deemed fit will be initiated.
Selection Process for OPGC Recruitment 2022
1. Final Selection will be made as per OPGC recruitment policy.
2. Candidates are required to produce original certificates towards proof of Age, Qualification, Experience and Reference letter from 2 persons of repute for verification at the time of Personal Interview.
3. Filling up of vacancies are at the sole discretion of Management. OPGC may cancel the whole interview process or any part of it without assigning any reason thereof.
