National Health Mission–Tamil Nadu is seeking applications from eligible candidates for two positions of Office Assistant for State Programme Management Unit at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
1. Position: Office Assistant-SPMU
2. Number of Positions: Two (2)
3. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
4. Qualifications: Has passed the VIII standard from a recognized school.
5. Remuneration: Rs.13,000/-and commensurate with qualification/experience with provision for annual increment.
6. Period of contract: 11Months-extendable based on annual performance evaluation
7. Workstation: The work station of the Office Assistant at National Health Mission-Tamil Nadu, State Programme Management Unit, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
8. Termination: The contract can be terminated by either party giving a notice of one month in writing.
Job Description:
1. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
2. Sort and distribute files and communications in a timely manner
3. Respond to office-related requests or issues.
4. Perform receptionist duties when needed.
5. Coordinate appointments, meetings, room assignments, and travel arrangements for the assigned department.
6. Should travel to a variety of locations within a reasonable time frame
