1 .Post Name & Salary: Deputy General Manager (Processing) - PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6900/-

2. Qualification: B.Tech. (In Agriculture Engineering) from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes/ Engineering Institutes. M.Tech.(Agriculture Engineering) in Agriculture Process Engineering with sound knowledge of Computer will be preferred.

3. Experience: He must have minimum post qualification experience of 5 years in Seed Industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. Out of 5 years, minimum 2 years experience is required at a senior level.

4. Senior Level Experience means :

a .For MSSCL Candidates : Out of 5 years, having minimum 2 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department having Grade Pay Rs.5400/- & above

b. Govt/Semi-Govt - Out of 5 years, having minimum 2 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department having Grade Pay Rs.5400/- & above. Pay scale order/ IT return/ Form No.16 of two years of senior level experience should be submitted.Private Sector – Out of 5 years, having minimum 2 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department in organizations having minimum annual turnover of Rs.100 Crores (Average of 2 years). The Gross salary of the candidates should not be less than minimum gross salary of Government/Semi-government/MSSCL employees as mentioned above during the same period. IT returns OR Form No.16 of two years of senior level experience should be submitted.

a .For MSSCL Candidates : Out of 8 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department having Grade Pay Rs.6600/- & above.

b. Govt/Semi-Govt - Out of 8 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department having Grade Pay Rs.6600/- & above. Pay scale order/ IT return/ Form No.16 of three years of senior level experience should be submitted.

c. Private Sector – Out of 8 years, having minimum 3 years experience on the post in the capacity of Managerial Cadre in Seed Processing Plant/Processing Department in organizations having minimum annual turnover of Rs.100 Crores (Average of 3 years). The Gross salary of the candidates should not be less than minimum gross salary of Government/Semi-government/MSSCL employees as mentioned above during the same period.
