Vacancy Notice for filling up of the post of Special Land/Utilities Coordination Officer (SLCO) in MRVC on deputation basis.

1. Duration: Maximum 5 years subject to exemption from the Rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 30-06-2021

2 .Scale of Pay: Parent Pay plus Deputation Duty Allowance

3. Specific Requirements:  JAG officer with minimum 10 years' service in Group 'A' and 20 years combined Group 'A' & Group 'B' service of any department (except RPF & Medical) Working knowledge of Marathi Language is preferable. Officer should have experience in corporate communication and public relations. Officer having General Administration & HR experience will be preferred.

4 .Job Requirements: Work involves dealing with R&R of PAPs in Coordination with MMRDA, Railways, NGOs, Consultants & PAPs in connection with various projects to be implemented by MRVC. Work also involves dealing with land acquisition required for various projects in coordination with state revenue authorities, forest & government officials, railways etc. In addition, the work involves coordination with concerned authorities for shifting & relocating of utilities falling in the project alignment. The officer will be required to coordinate with various Stake holders as well as press/media and will also have to deal HR related matters.
