Who are we looking for A AEM Developer to manage a critical project for one of our client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Good knowledge of analytical and logical conceptual level programming skills
• Strong working knowledge in Java or J2EE, Servlets, Restful Webservices, XML, AJAX, JS and UI Skills Development experience using Apache Sling, Apache Felix, Slightly and OSGI Bundles
• Experience on AEM 6.2 and above.
• Have already worked on Workflow, Components development, Environment setup, and understanding of dispatcher configuration.
• Should have knowledge of Oracle Database SQL.
• Work experience with other CMS tools would be added advantage.
• Should have atleast 2 project / 1 year experience in AEM
• Should have thorough understanding of Entire life cycle of Software and various Software Engineering Methodologies.
• Ability to monitor AEM infrastructure and provide both proactive and reactive support, problem management and root cause analysis.
• Understand and participate in change control and change management processes.

• Capable of analyzing requirements
• Create test cases as per the different testing methodologies
• Coding, Unit Testing, Deployment
• Defect Analysis, Debugging
• Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.

Behavioral Skills :

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

• 1-3 years of experience in AEM 6.2 + and Java/ J2EE
• BE in computer science or MCA
