Responsibilities

• Develop design approaches, evaluate pros/cons of approaches for a feature enhancement.
• Become subject matter expert in the owned features.
• Mentor the team members with technical guidance and improve the engineering process.
• Active coding and participation in peer code review, design reviews.
• Lead the team in hackathons and promote new ideas.
