Malabar Cements Limited (MCL) a Government of Kerala undertaking invites application from qualified and experienced candidates for appointment for the following positions. Interested candidates may download the application from our website and the duly filled in applications should reach the Managing Director on or before 27th May 2021:
a. Designation: Maistry, Gr.IV
b. Qualification and Experience: i) Diploma in Civil Engineering ii) Minimum 2 years experience in the supervision of Civil works in Cement Plant/ Projects
c. Scale of Pay: 6465-130-9065
d. Total Emoluments (In Rs): 36,592/-
e. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIEN CE: Knowledge in AutoCAD/ STAAD/ total Station Survey and Experience in M ajor Civil/ Industrial Construction Projects.
f. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Responsible as a supervisor in a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
2. Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
3. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
4. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
5. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
6. Agreeing on a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
7. Kiln brick lining work experience is a must.

02. The Qualifications should be from recognized University/ Institutions/ Board. The candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall submit the relevant Government Order/ University letter to prove the equivalency at the time of submission of application, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.
03. Candidates should forward the self attested copies of all credentials to prove their Age, Educational Qualification and Experience. Failure of submitting the same will led to rejection of applications.
04. Admittance to all stages of recruitment will be provisional only. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny of the applications/ credentials at any stage will result in the rejection of candidature.
05. Candidates are advised to note that only post qualification work experience of the candidates from reputed/ established organizations until 31.03.2021 only will be considered.
06. Candidates should clearly mention the details while filling the application. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
