1. The mere fact that a candidate possesses the qualification will not entitle him/her for selection. Applicant having higher qualification and merit and possessing qualification and experience required for specific sports will be given preference

2. Suppression of factual information, supply of fake document, providing false or misleading information or any other undesirable action by the candidate shall lead to cancellation of his/her candidature.

3. Any change of address given in the application form should at one be communicated.

4. The candidate will have to present himself/herself for interview at the place and time mentioned, at his/her own expenses.

5. Canvassing in any form on behalf of any candidate will disqualify such candidate.

6. Selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s previous records and performance in the interview

7. Applications incomplete in any respect will not receive any consideration at all

8. Guidelines to the candidates, who are already employed in Government Organisations /PSUs, Autonomous Bodies: The candidates employed in Government Organisation/PSUs, Autonomous bodies should bring their application along with relevant documents and endorsement of the employer through their offices.

9. No Interim Queries regarding selection will be entertained.

12. In case of any dispute/suites or legal proceedings against the Institution, the Jurisdiction shall be restricted to the High Court of Kerala

13. The Institution shall verify the documents submitted by a candidate at any time at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidate are fake or the candidate has clandestine antecedents/background and has suppressed the said information, then his services shall be terminated.

14. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Institution reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates

15. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Institution shall be final.

16. All certificates, which are not in either English of Hindi, need to be translated preferably to either English or Hindi and the same shall be self-attested.

1. Applicants in Government service may kindly come for interview only if their candidature has been recommended by their present employer.

2. Corrigendum / Addendum, if any, or change in date and time and place of interview, will be published only on the website, https://www.lncpe.gov.in/. Hence, all the applicants are advised to visit the website regularly.

Eligible candidates submit their applications (in prescribed pro forma) as given in on or before 16/04/2022 to by hand or by Post/ Speed Post/registered post or by Courier with self attested documents, in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, one L.D. Proof and one latest passport size photograph. Original documents to be submitted at the time of joining for verification.
