The Karur Vysya Bank Limited, one of the leading Private Sector Banks in India, invites online applications for appointment of Branch Sales & Service Executive (Job ID - 291) from the qualified candidates.

1. Position: Branch Sales & Service Executive

2. Eligibility Criteria:

a. Post Graduate Candidates (passing out batch of 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22) under regular stream with Minimum 60% of marks and above from a college affiliated to a recognized University are only eligible to apply.

b. MBA candidates (passing out batch of 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22) & Graduates with 12 to 24 months of BFSI experience are encouraged to apply.

c. Post Graduate degree obtained through Correspondence or Open University are not eligible.

d. If the percentage of marks is in CGPA mode, the same should be converted into equivalent percentage.

e. Besides English, Candidates should be conversant in Local language as per the posting location.

3. Compensation: CTC of Rs.3.00 Lakhs per annum inclusive of retrials, insurance etc. + Variable Pay as per policy.

4. Posting Locations: Across Branches in Major Cities / Towns.

5. Detailed Process Flow:

a. Online Registration by Eligible Candidates as per the above mentioned criteria.

b. Pre - Screened Candidates will be invited for Online Aptitude Test comprising of Verbal, Numerical, Logical & Personality Assessment modules.

c. Qualifying Candidates from the Assessment shall be called for Personal Interview with further details like (Mode, Date and Venue for Interview)

d. Depending upon the number of vacancies, the Bank reserves the right to call for Personal Interview.

e. All the communications (Pre – Screening, Test links & User Credentials, Interview Invite) will be informed to the candidates through registered e-mail only. 

Age Limit
Minimum 21 years & Maximum 26 years as on 31.03.2022

General Instructions:

1. Candidates are advised to use latest version of Chrome or Internet Explorer or Firefox for registration of application.

2. Before filling up the application form, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications, experience etc. in respect of the post for which he/she is making the online application.

3. If any information furnished by the candidate is found to be false at later date, the selection / appointment shall be liable for termination.

8. Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to sole Jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Karur.

9. In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce proper relieving (if applicable) from the present employer at the time of joining.

10. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to satisfactory Background verification checks comprising of checks on Academic records, Residential / Permanent Address, Employment (if applicable), Court, Criminal records, CIBIL, Reference & Social Media.

11. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank at the time of joining the Bank.

12. On submission of the application, the candidate agrees and authorizes the Bank and its authorised agencies / partners to conduct aforesaid Background and CIBIL Checks and can place the selection decision accordingly.
