1. Post Name & Pay:  Senior State Manager/Chief State Managerin the pay  scale of Rs.36,600-62,000/-/Rs.43,200-66,000/- 

2. Qualification: MBA (Full-Time)/PGDBM (Marketing/Agricultural Marketing) + B.Sc. (Agri) at Grad level. PGDBM should be 2 years full time recognized as MBA by UGC/AICTE.

Experience:  ForSenior State Manager:Minimum 15 years post qualification experience (minimum 3 years experience in pay scale equivalent to grade F1 of KRIBHCO i.e. Rs.32,900/- - 58,000/-) as on 30.11.2017 of fertilizer industry. ForChief State Manager:Minimum 19 years post qualification experience (minimum 3 years experience in pay scale equivalent to grade F of KRIBHCO i.e. Rs.36,600/- - 62,000/-) as on 30.11.2017 of fertilizer industry.
