Additional Information
1. Appointment: The appointment shall be purely on contract basis and there will not be any further claim for employment in the Corporation.
2. Application: Application should be submitted in the application format published along with this advertisement. Applications received after last date will not be accepted. Application should be full and complete in itself.
3. The applications which are not in the specified format and incomplete will summarily be rejected. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed “Application for the post of Overseer Gr II (Civil) on Contract Basis”.
4. Contract: The appointment will be purely on contract basis and the period of contract will be for one year. One month notice should be served in advance for breaking of contract period. An amount equivalent to 3 months pay should be remitted in the Corporation for breaking the contract. The Corporation reserves the right to terminate the appointment without notice if the performance is not satisfactory.
5. Nature of Work: Site supervision, preparation of drawings, estimate, data and abstract as per the current norms and software of PWD and other such works of the Construction Department.
