IRDA Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Details
1. Qualification: Ph.D or equivalent, in appropriate disciplineand First Class or equivalent in Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Post Ph.D publications and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable.
2. Experience: Minimum of 20 years’ experience in teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 5 years shall be at the level of Professor. Administrative experience in responsible position, research experience, good academic record and books / research paper publications / IPR / patents record shall be desirable by the Selection committee. Flair for Teaching and Leadership is essential. academic and administrative leadership under the overall guidance of Board of Directors to maintain high academic standard.
