IIM Bangalore Jobs 2019: 01 Programme Administrator Vacancy for Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM published on 13th May 2019

1. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
 A. Help with all aspects of Programme delivery
 B. Should be able to interface with the Programme Directors, teaching faculty and the participants for the delivery of the programme.
 C. Is responsible for compiling the pre-readings and the programme folder.
 D. Must take care of the travel arrangements for the external faculty 
 E. Must communicate the programme logistics to the participants.
 F. Ensure that the feedback is collected from all the participants.
 G. Help the teaching faculty to procure any teaching aids.
 H. Make available the certificates for distribution.
 I. Compile the presentations and readings onto a CD for distribution to the participants.
 J. Ensure that the programme expenses are tracked and bills are presented to Finance for approval.
 K. Follow-up with Finance for bills settlement

2. Candidate Requirements:
 A. Applicant should be a First Class Graduate. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
 B. Should possess a minimum of 2 - 4 Years experience preferably in Hospitality Sector
 C. Computer literate and experience in database navigation and should be well versed in MS-Office applications
 D. Should have fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada with good correspondence skills
 E. Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
 F. Good attention to detail
 G. Confident and self-motivated 
 H. Friendly personality
