Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide guidance and direction to Technical Publications team
- To develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with Technical Publication Standards.
- To execute project planning, tracking, effort estimation, task allocation to team, and preparation of project status reports and ensure consistent quality and timeliness of output.
- To understand the customer requirement.
- To understand the maintenance and repair requirements of the products, and communicate with the customer to ensure that the maintenance and repair requirements are captured in the manuals.
