Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- To execute the learning solution through collaboration with the Trainer, Respective Managers and the Business HR including post learning phase follow up, assessment and review
- To maintain data, reports and documents as per process requirements
- To coordinate and execute post training assessment and impact mapping
- To coordinate the logistics of learning solutions delivery eg. Booking of training room, working with Administration to ensure availability of accessories for program delivery
- To coordinate with Business Managers and respective Business Partner HR to ensure right participation and utilization of the available learning opportunities
