1. Position: Member - Marketing

2. Job Location: Northern Regional Office

3. Job Profile: Sales order processing in SAP in consultation with sales team & agents. Liaise the plant logistics for any amending the ordered quantity to facilitate dispatch, as & when required & during absence of sales personnel in office. Follow-up with agents for obtaining requisite documents with regards to processing of non-insurable claims like delay / short material etc. Raising CCTR in SAP for both insurable and non-insurable claims & follow-up with all concerned for individual concurrence in the system. Liaison with Insurance Company for appointment of surveyor for Insurance claims in prescribed format. Follow-up with HO insurance team/ Insurance Company for expediting survey report and onward settlement of claim. Preparation of credit notes related to shortage and delay in transit. Preparation of “Pending statement of CCTR claims” on every-month for Regional Marketing finance. Verification of stock at CSA –stock points on periodic basis & need based.

4. Office Administration – which involves the following sub-function:Daily supervision of general office cleaning & maintenance. Management of external –car parking arrangement. Procurement & management of office stationery & Pantry items. Maintaining Office boys attendance & leave record. Liaison with office building welfare society for statutory / maintenance requirements. Arrange customer/ agent meet outside office, as & when required. Maintenance of Monthly/ Periodic compliance reports and take requisite need based action in consultation with compliance partner

5. Education: Science / Commerce graduate

6. Experience:  5 to 9 yrs. Experience in polymer sales / marketing

7. Competencies Required In Performing the Job: Experience in SAP SD model is mandate. Handling of commercial complaint through interaction with all concerned & facilitate compensation, as required. Handling & managing support services people. Management of Compliance related documents and other administrative function as & when required.
