Manager (CRM):
  1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech with MBA.
  2. Experience:
    a. Minimum 15 years of experience, with atleast 8 to 10 years in Central / State Government organization in the areas of Requirement gathering and documentation on functional processes and technical requirements, Implementation and Operations of large e-Governance projects.
    b. Should have atleast 5 years of consulting experience in providing consultancy services to Government Sector projects.  Should have worked on atleast two large state-wide e-Governance projects and should possess good domain knowledge of these projects.
    c. Should have experience in client coordination and delivery management of atleast two large state-wide e-Governance projects.  Should have experience in end-to-end Service Level Management.  Should have conceptualized e-Governance projects.
    d. Should possess good understanding of Government processes.  Should have good communication and IT skills.  Should have strong problem-solving and creative skills.  Should have Team-working and leadership skills.
  3. Job Description:
    a. To be a bridge between the Client department and the CSG’s Project Team. Provide Functional inputs where required to the functional team. Ensure adherence to the Project Management Plan prepared and ensure timely delivery of the qualitative deliverables as agreed upon and maintain good client relationships. Carryout activities of Business Development and Project Delivery Management.
    b. Identify the requirements of the Clients and in coordination with the IT Team.  Work closely with the Project Manager assigned to the project and form a pre-sales team .  Work closely with the assigned team in collection of requirements, technical feasibility assessment, timelines, technology to be used etc.
    c. Liaison with the Project Manager, Director- CRM, Director – IT Operations during finalizing the financial estimates for the project.  Support the project team with the functional inputs where required.  Negotiate with stakeholders in finalizing the time and costs of the project.  Coordinate with the client for issuance of work order with specifications of the work, technology to be used and the payment milestones.
Manager (Finance):
  1. Qualification: M.Com (Full time) or MBA – Finance (Full time).
  2. Experience: 
         a. 12 to 15 years of relevant experience out of which atleast 8 years of experience working with PSUs or Central / State Government departments in the areas of Finance / Accounting.  Should have managed accounting activities with regard to online payments and remittances.
         b. Should have experience in managing Government funds (Investments & Disbursements).  Should possess good skills in using accounting software like Tally, etc.  Should have experience in handling Income Tax, GST etc.
  3. Job Description:
         a. To handle routine finance and accounts activities in accordance with the laws of land and ensure company’s adherence to the statutory requirements, in terms of regular returns and forms filing. To Provide financial information to the Management team.  Maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with the prescribed accounting standards.  Prepare and present accounting results.
         b. Calculation of Income Tax, Goods & Services Tax payable by the company during the year, ensuring payment of the same as per provisions of the relative acts and submission tax returns in time.  Coordinating for all the audits and ensuring that there are no audit objections.  Raising invoices in respect of all assignments immediately on their completion.
         c. Work closely with the Business Heads for the purpose of raising invoices in time and follow up for fee realisation and debtor realization.  Establishing a MIS System for the Finance & Accounts departments.  Certifying income from different teams on monthly basis.  Conduct evaluations and reviews for cost reduction opportunities.  Monitor the operations of the finance department; design a framework to meet set goals and objectives.
         d. Manage vouchers.  Raising invoice, procuring financial instruments required .  Support year end and month end close process.  Analyze the actual performance of the organization with business plans.  Predict trends and develop projections for the organization’s finances.

Director (Operations):
   1. Qualification: M. Tech or Masters in Science with PG Diploma in Computer Systems.
   2. Experience: 
          a. Minimum 25 years of experience, with atleast 12 to 15 years in Central / State Government organization in the areas of Software design, development, implementation, System Administration, Database Administration, etc.  Should have worked in a reputed private / government organization providing consultancy services to Government departments.  Should have atleast 5 to 8 years of consulting experience for Government Sector projects.
          b. Should have worked on e-Governance Mission Mode Projects and State initiatives.  Should have experience of working on atleast two e-Governance projects in the state of Karnataka.  Knowledge of IT infrastructure, sizing of hardware and network requirements preferred.  Should have good working knowledge on SDLC.  Should possess good understanding of Government processes.
          c. Should have managed multiple project teams.  Should have good knowledge of Effort & Cost Estimation.  Should possess good communication skills.  Knowledge of Kannada Language - Speak, Read and Write preferred. Should have good documentation and presentation skills.
   3. Job Description:
          a. Direct and be responsible for all the Information Technology operations of the Centre, including but not limited to, submission of proposals, development of IT systems and implementation of new/customising IT systems by adhering to the quality standards and timelines that are agreed with the clients.
          b. Liaise with ED/DG to set strategic goals and decisions on IT operational activities.  Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals.  Transform strategies into prioritized initiatives.  Planning for the technology upgradations.  Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Top management.  Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs in coordination with Director – CRM.
          c. Approving the Project Management Plans prepared by the Project Managers after verification of the key components such as Time, Cost, resources etc.  Participate in functional and technical discussions where required. Regular monitoring of the work progress and carrying out mid-course corrections.  High level monitoring of the quality and timelines of the project progress.
          d. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems in association with the Project Managers and report to top management.  Provide guidance IT program / project managers / System Architects /SMEs.  Analysis of the project requirements in association with the CRM team.  Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software in association with Director – Shared Services and the Executive Director / Director General.
