ExperienceCandidate should have min. 06 to 08 years of post-qualification experience in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, contracts, replies, affidavits, pleadings, plaints, complaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, revisions, statements of claim etc.He/ She should have experience in handling civil, consumer, criminal, land, IBC, CCI and arbitration matters and should be able to co-ordinate with internal departments of the organization for drafting, finalization and execution of agreements related to various transactions and also be able to liaison with advocates and solicitors in various litigations and seeking their advice.Should have Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi both verbal and written communication, good organizational skills and ability to do multi-tasking.Should be computer savvy and fully conversant with MS Office.
General Terms and conditions for all advertised positions:
1. Candidates having experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries with Captive Power Plants (CFBC) will be given preference.
2. Candidates should have full time qualification at required level in the respective discipline.
3. Canvassing in any manner may disqualify the applicant.
4. The company reserves its right to accept and/or reject the applicant without assigning any reason.
5. Merely fulfilling the educational qualification does not necessarily entitle applicants to be called for personal interview. Relaxation in age may be given to deserving candidates.
6. The company reserves its right to transfer / place employees anywhere in India or abroad for all positions.

8. There are total 13 levels in Management category (E 0 being highest).
9. The advertised positions are for recruitment on contractual basis for a period of 3- 5 years, extendable for similar term on same or higher level upon satisfactory performance and based on requirement.
