Qualification Details:

We, a professionally managed pharmaceutical company accredited with ISO 9001-2015 &  ISO 14000-2015 certification, require the following personnel on Fixed Term Contract Basis for a period of 5  years [Based on Performance]:

1. Name of the Post: Front Desk Officer cum Receptionist

2. No. of Post : 1

3. Educational Qualification : Any Degree

4. Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience in front office cum Receptionist

5. Work Location: Peenya Bangalore

6. Key Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Officer cum Receptionist, will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation when required. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking skill is essential for this position. This role require working 5 days a week and from 9a.m. to 6.00 p.m., so flexibility is a plus.

7. Requirements: 

a) Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

b) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

c) Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers, Telephone, Welcome Board)

d) Professional attitude and appearance

e) Solid written [ Kannada & English] and verbal communication [ Kannada, English & Hindi] skills

f) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

g) Excellent organizational skills

h) Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

i) Customer service attitude

8. Remuneration: Monthly Gross around Rs. 27509.5 [ Basic+DA+HRA]

Between 25 to 30 Years


1. Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office

2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.pens, forms and brochures)

5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.

6. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

7. Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting head.
