Institute invites applications for the post of Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor on regular basis.
1. Name/No. of Post & Classification: Senior Lecturer cum-Senior Instructor-01 (OBC)
2. Eligibility & Qualification: Graduate And Degree/Diploma in HM having secured at least 50% Marks. clause is not applicable in case the candidate possesses degree in HM
3. Experience: Minimum 10 years teaching OR industry experience
4. Pay: Level-10 (56100- 177500)
5. Educational &: Graduate from a recognized University other Qualifications ii) Degree/3-year Diploma in Hotel Management from the Recognized University / National council for hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of technical Education having secured at least 50% marks.
6. Experience : Minimum 10 years teaching experience out of which at least five years should be at the level of Lecturer in an Institute of Hotel Management / Food Craft Institute affiliated to Recognized University / National Council for hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical Education OR Should have 10 years industry experience out of which minimum 5 years should be as Manager in a profit making approved hotel of minimum 3 star category.
7. Desirable : Working knowledge of Computer teachers Training Degree or Diploma. Post diploma in specialized Hotel Management, Post Graduate Qualification in the subject specific for the post. Knowledge of Foreign Language

1. Interested candidates who fulfill the prescribed conditions for the post may fill the Application form in the prescribed format enclosed herewith.
2. The Applicant is required to send a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (for OBC and Departmental candidates) in favor of “Secretary/Principal Food Craft Institute, Aligarh” along with the duly filled application form. The Application fee once received shall not be refunded.
3. Attested/Self Attested copies of required documents should be attached with the Application Form.
4. Complete application form procured in the above manner along with all required documents may be delivered through registered post/speed post only, superscripting on the top at the left side of the cover, the post applied for, advertisement number and date (departmental candidates can deliver personally) to Secretary/Principal, Food Craft Institute, University Polytechnic Campus, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh-202002 latest by 29 March, 2021 till 04:00 PM. The Institute is not responsible for any postal delays.
5. The employed candidates should apply for the post through proper channel.
6. Original documents should not be sent with the application form but should be produced at the time of Interview.
7. Applications received late or without necessary supporting documents/ Degree/Certificates/Mark sheets/experience certificate and Matriculation or equivalent certificate in support of their declaration of age not attested by the Head of the Department/Institution/Gazetted Officer/self-attestation or not accompanied by full prescribed fee shall be rejected summarily.
8. All the details in the notification are subject to correction or alteration. Corrigendum/addendum and other details related to this advertisement if issued in future shall be placed only on Institute’s website www.foodcraftaligarh.com hence no such subsequent details shall be placed in Newspapers. 9. The competent authority reserves the right to fill or not to fill vacancy or to re-advertise the post.
10.Intimation about the date of Test and/or Interview will be sent to the eligible candidates but the Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay.
11.The Institute reserves the right to call or not to call any candidate for Test and/or Interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the Test and/or Interview. The summoning of candidates for Test and/or Interview, conveys no assurance whatsoever that they will be selected.
12.Appointment orders to selected candidates will be issued by the Institute. No correspondence will be made with candidates who are not selected.
