Qualification Details:

1. Post Name: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Sales Accounting)

2. Job Description: 
a. Booking of day to day expenses, Payments, Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, FA and other day to day activities
b. Performing Debtor’s management and Ageing analysis
c. Processing and reviewing reconciliation statements (Banks, Debtors, Payment Gateway Collections)
d. Ensuring that proper Sales invoices are prepared by coordinating with the Sales team
e. Supporting all internal and external audits related to documents
f. Maintaining accounting processes of a predetermined set of Business units/ Products/ Expense Categories
g. Ensuring timely and accurate book closure every month and providing adhoc reports as required by management
h. Working in close coordination with colleagues in the finance team to remain aligned with MIS needs
i. Assisting in finalization of accounts, Tax audits, and various GST Filings

4. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

5. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce /ICWA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance)

6. Skills& Knowledge:Proficiency in SAP is must.  Must be a self-driven team player with the willingness and ability to guide peers.  Excellent understanding of various fundamentals and concepts of bookkeeping and accounting.
 Honesty and Integrity are essential qualities to possess along with an eye for detail.  Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and various Accounting Standards.  Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup,
countif, sumif, pivot tables, etc), Tally ERP, and MS Office

7. Remuneration: Pay Scale shall commensurate with skills, experience and market trends

8. Location: Initial posting will be Vadodara, however candidate may be placed anywhere in India on the basis of company’s requirement in future. Fluency in local language is must.

1. Post Name: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Purchase & Admin)

2. Job Description: 
a. Cost effective procurement of raw material within timelines and quality parameters
b Coordinating and regular follow up with vendor and sites 
c. Evaluating vendors and negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions
d. Developing alternative local sources for cost effectiveness
e. Work on effective procurement and logistics procedure
f. Studying/Gathering/Surveying information on emerging products in the market
g. Analyzing vendors for getting insights knowledge for better negotiations & understanding the price reasonability
h. Effective management of vendor Data base and ABC classification of Vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality and timely delivery
i. Timely clearance of vendor payments and handling vendor inquiries
j. Developing various reports and MIS

4. Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputed company. Experience of working with government bodies or agriculture projects will be preferred.

5. Qualification: Any Graduate/ Any Post-Graduate(Full-time courses)

6. Skills& Knowledge:Proficiency in SAP is must.   Strong Negotiation skills  Previous experience working successfully in a Purchasing capacity  Experience in building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers  Experience in increasing profitability through successful implementation of a strategic approach to purchasing  Excellent communication and supervisory skills
