A walk-in-interview will be held from Open Market and from Retired Doctors of Railways, State & Central Government and PSUs for selection to the posts of Specialists at Dr. B.A.M. Hospital/Byculla (Zonal Hospital) of Central Railway for the Doctors who fulfils the eligibility criteria specified below.

1. Position: Specialists

2. No of Post: 03

3. Remuneration:

i) For Open Market Candidates

a) Specialist (1st Year), Specialist (2nd Year onwards): Rs. 95,000/- per month, Rs.1,05,000/- per month

b) Super Specialist: Rs. 1,15,000/ per month

ii) For Retired Doctors of Railways, State & Central Government and PSUs Retired Railway/Government doctors engaged as CMPs the remuneration is as under subject to the condition that remuneration plus pension shall not exceed the last pay drawn:

a) Specialist (1st Year), Specialist (2nd Year onwards): Rs. 95,000/- per month, Rs.1,05,000/- per month

iii) The remuneration specified above includes the following amount as HRA in case of full-time contract doctors. Specialists: 6838/-

4. Educational/Professional Qualifications: For Specialists: Degree in Medicine i.e., MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India. A Post Graduate qualification/DNB/DMRD in the relevant subject/field recognized by the Medical Council of India. Three years experience in Clinical work after Post Graduation in the specialty concerned as on the date of interview is desirable.

5. Doctors serving under State/Central Govt./Public Sector undertaking etc. may apply with 'NOC° from the respective organizations. Doctors while applying should indicate past service rendered,if any, including the period of contract put in by them on all over Indian Railways.
