Job Description

• Have technical knowledge on Windows 10 and Windows server environments
• Maintaining, troubleshooting and advising on Hardware, Network, OS and Software related problems. 
• Implementing AD DS sites and configuring and managing replication
• Performs workstation user account and user group migrations from the Quest Migration Manager tool
• Windows Patch Management through Software Update Services 
• Deploying virtual machines using VSphere Client, vCenter Server, Virtual Machine Wizard, Templates and Cloning
• Administrating DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Services on Windows Server
• Co-coordinating with different teams and vendors for resolving issues within the SLA
• Installation configuring and maintenance of VMware Esxi 5.x and 6.x VMware Vsphere
• Hands on experience to work in an ITIL structured organization dealing with IPC management
• Troubleshooting and managing Windows Servers, Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
• Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project
• Should be open for 24x7 operations support
