Job Description

• Creates forms, workflows and prototypes
• Develop, Designs, codes and tests technical solutions
• Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
• Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
• Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
• Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively

Primary Skills

• Knowledge on Angular JS, CSS, HTML, PERL, PYTHON would be an added advantage
• Good hands on experience on ServiceNow integration with other application/system Using SOAP, REST
• Experiencing on Discovery and Orchestration would be an added advantage
• Preferred: Service now Admin Certification
• Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification

Secondary Skills:                                                                   

• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
• Additional must require experience is on HR Module , Service Portal , Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU and SecOps.
• Working knowledge of relational databases
