f) Job Description:

12. Responsible to manage Branches and drive client acquisition target both assets and liabilities.
13. Responsible for revenue generation through business both assets and liabilities.
14. Responsible for maintaining of PAR and NPA within the prescribed limits and take measure for reduction of PAR and NPA accounts/ amount.
15. Achievement of Incremental Current, Savings and Term Deposits Accounts and Value targets.

17. Ensure that the utilization check for end use of the loan products has been done on time.

f) Job Description:

1. Ensure overall branch profitability and performance against defined financial metrics in alignment with organizational strategy
2. Ensure proper distribution of functional responsibilities with clear allocation of authority to Branch employees keeping in view their abilities, performance and past experience, work load etc.
3. Manage Public Relations & liaison with authorities for day to day branch working and reporting
4. Oversee maintenance of overall branch ambience as per Head Office/ Zonal Office guidelines
5. Ensure that the Bank’s policies, guidelines as well as systems & procedures are followed at the Branch
6. Monitor, control & minimize all types of expenses in the Branch such as telephone, consumption of stationery, computer consumables, electricity and other overheads without sacrificing quality 7. Develop and lead sales, marketing and business development plan for branch
8. Ensure implementation of growth strategies to generate sales across all products including loans, current and savings accounts, term deposits and third party products
9. Develop the business prospects in the branch vicinity by scouting for avenues to expand advances portfolio qualitatively & quantitatively
10. Develop strategies for growth for the Branch including customer relationship measures, campaigns and local advertising
11. Build and leverage networks both externally (with customers, potential customers, banking professionals, subject matter experts etc.) and internally (with Bank personnel across departments and zones)
12. Liaison with local authorities, government departments, Asset and Liability clients, MSME clients, high net worth individuals etc.
13. Track performance of Sales executives and CSP managers in the branch and guide/mentor them
14. Manage relationships with key customers and prospective high net worth customers
15. Support the Branch Operations Executive in ensuring exceptional customer service to customers and proactively selling of bank products based on the customer needs
16. Ensure quick resolution of customer issues which are escalated by the Branch staff and take required action
17. Manage cases of branch personnel not adhering to customer service guidelines and policies
18. Monitor customer service related key performance indicators such as customer wait time and customer migration
19. Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements
20. Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti- Money Laundering (AML), audit and other regulations in the branch
21. e) Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Credit underwriting and credit administration. Will be responsible for overall underwriting of proposals within the geographical jurisdiction. Also will be responsible for credit administration relating to portfolio management

f) Job Description:

1. Control the process of communicating credit queries and observations to branches.
2. Co-ordinating queries and doubts of branches in different fields.
3. Ensure process and documentation are in hand.
4. Evaluation of pre underwriting documents, application forms, KYC, FI cum Pre-sanction visit report, Bank statement etc.
5. Financial data analysis and evaluating numbers of deposits and withdrawals with Bank.
6. Should adhere end to end loan process, monthly follow up for EMI with branch and follow up with defaulting customers.
7. Sanction non-group loans as per credit policy and applicable guidelines
8. Coordinate and conduct field investigations for non-group loans
9. Assume responsibility for NPAs monitoring at an area level
10. Implement credit policies, along with relevant stakeholders from Risk for the particular branch
11. Provide recommendations on credit related activities to branch staff
12. Review and approve credit proposals to maintain a good balance between returns and risk exposure pertaining to the branch requirements
13. Work with business teams to ensure high standards of credit quality for the entire product portfolio by using various credit assessment tools
14. Monitor credit exposure within portfolios and individual transactions and continually review creditworthiness in conjunction with the credit risk policy for the branch
15. Hold responsibility for managing the credit risk in the portfolio through each step of the credit process for the particular branch
16. Manage limits for lending in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines for the particular branch
17. Undertake review of all credit cycle functions that directly impact credit risk and bottom line of the Bank pertaining to branch requirements
18. Implement more efficient lending procedures for the branch
19. Classify accounts on the basis of performance as per regulatory norms for the branch

7. Preparation of Month End Credit MIS.
8. Provide credit operations and decisioning support to Area Credit Officers
9. Undertake disbursal of loan amounts
10. Undertake documentation and post disbursal checks of non-group loans
11. Aggregatenon-group loan approval data for reporting
12. Liaise with area and zonal credit managers to ensure adherence to credit process and timelines
13. Support the development of the credit process and applicable changes as and when required 14. Sanction of group loans and disbursal of loan amounts
15. Undertake documentation and post disbursal checks of group loans
16. Aggregate of group loan approval data for reporting
17. Work closely with respective branch managers to ensure necessary process and timeline adherence Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
