Roles & Responsibilities 

• Knowledge on security technologies and products
• Coordination with vendors, internal teams, leadership & Customers for Setting up an environment that offers features required by customers and enhances offerings, pertaining to the cyber security.
• Work as a Technical Subject matter expert in the area of Network and Security and provide inputs to Sales, presales, and other operations teams. Works with Customers to understand and assist in the positioning of complex requirements and works with teams to deploy the same smoothly.
• Individuals should collaborate with the central team SOC/NOC team to address issues and provide workaround.
• Knowledge of LAN & WAN networking SMTP, FTP, user Domain, etc.
• Experience in setting up office LAN networks in integration with corporate IT, Security services & Applications
• Exposer in responding to various cyber security questioners.
• Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure layout in terms of network and security.

 Technical Skills & Qualification:

• B.E./ B. Tech in Computer/Electronic/IT or M.C.A from a recognized university.
• Should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• Certification in a similar domain will be an add-on.
• Good knowledge & hands-on experience in Network and Security domain.
• Should have knowledge and experience in management of Network and Security Infrastructure and Services.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Deep technical, Positioning, Technical Architecting, and communication skills to handle technical discussions with customers Vendors, and partners.
