Acceptance Test :

• Integration of new sites for ticketing.
• Test for alarms extended at new sites and clearing AT for same. Highlighting observations (if any).
• Ensuring AT format to be updated one , capturing all insights (products specs , earthing parameters , products features etc.)
• Having knowledge on product specifications of infra tools , sensors deployed at site.
• Able to co-ordinate with vendors for passive products deployed at site.
• Had worked at sites on infra handling DG sets , industry AC’s , earthing , passive alarm panels etc.

Change Management :

• Ability to define and design  product wise , site specific PMT schedule.
• Preventive activity alerts,scheduling,compliance.
• Alerts for EOL devices.
• Ensuring quality PMT by devising  methods of auto checks.
• Auto change scheduler

 Innovation  :

• Focus on  improvement through automation   like auto AT , auto change scheduler without any involvement of NOC or field engg.
• Ensure corrective action Solve @ Scale 

Learning and Process adherence  :

• Should focus on learning new upcoming technologies in infra.
• Good understanding of infra  architecture.
• Should adhere to process and ensure same is being followed by peers too
