Key job responsibilities

(1) Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station partnering with station management and several stakeholders

(2) Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing bench-marking initiatives

(3) Ensure station management is understanding benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts

(4) Lead IN AMXL Compliance roadmap (Last mile) initiatives and support results-driven action planning

(5) Ensuring effective auditing and compliance mechanisms are in place to ensure that legal and contractual requirements are consistently meet.

(6) Work closely with TRC, legals, procurement, Operations and other stakeholders to enable and support the risk mitigation & compliance for IN AMXL Last mile operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
