Key job responsibilities

• This position will be responsible to lead the operations/function of Corporate office at Bangalore under the leadership of Bangalore Campus Manager, India.
• The individual will work with his/ her manager directly/indirectly to align with the decisions, identify the right stakeholders/key business partners to inform the decisions.
• The individual will also be supportive for any initiatives or project, design long term strategy with limited guidance.
• The individual who fills this role will provide leadership/guidance and create an inclusive team culture.
• The individual is to make sure that customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data driven and measurable and find a path in difficult situation

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
