Pay Scale: For the post of Chief Manager, the candidate should be presently working for three years or have last worked for three years in the pay scale of Rs. 20600-46500/-(IDA) OR Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-(CDA) in case of Government sector and w.r.t. private sector, the candidate should be presently working for three years or have last worked for three years with gross monthly remuneration of Rs. 48,000/- to be considered eligible to apply. It may be further noted in case of candidates from private sector that only gross monthly remuneration will be considered and not the CTC.
