  • Register online

Students should first register in the official page of WBJEE in order to fill WBJEE 2019 Application Form for WBJEE 2019 exams. By providing their name, date of birth, gender, email id and by choosing security question and answer, providing password, one will be able to register online in WBJEE portal.

  • Fill WBJEE 2019 Application Form

Once the registration is complete, students should proceed with the filling of WBJEE 2019 Application Form. Students should choose “WBJEE 2019 Application Form” and proceed with the filling in of details. Students should furnish their personal details, communication details and details of the exam centres. Once filled in with all the required details, students should preview all the details before submitting it. Once checked, the students should click on “Submit” button.   • Upload documents

After filling the details in WBJEE 2019 Application Form, the next step is to upload the necessary documents namely the photograph and signature of the candidate. These are to be scanned and uploaded in the below given format and file size. The photograph of the candidate should be recently taken and the background in the photograph should be light in colour. Candidate’s face should occupy 50% of the photograph. Spectacles of dark or tinted glasses are not accepted for this purpose. The copy of the same photograph is to be provided by the student at the time of examination, counselling, admission and registration in the university.   • Payment of fees

Once all the details are entered and the necessary documents are uploaded, students should pay the application and exam fees in order to complete the application process. The students will be directed towards the payment page once the details and file are uploaded. The application fees is Rs.500 for all the students who had registered for WBJEE 2019 exams. Students can make the payment either through online or offline mode. Online payment of WBJEE 2019 application is possible through net banking or debit card or credit card. Students can also make the payment through offline mode by paying at Allahabad Bank using e-challan. WBJEE application fees is entirely non-refundable.

  • Print confirmation page

Once the application fees is paid, the confirmation page is generated. Students should download and print the confirmation page for any use in the future.

Information on WBJEE 2019 Application Form Correction

Once the application form for WBJEE 2019 is submitted, there are chances for any mistakes in the details submitted. All details provided in the WBJEE application form cannot be changed. But students need not panic. Certain details other than candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth can be changed. Students are given an opportunity to make changes on the days 26th January 2019 to 28th January 2019.

Residential / domicile certificate for candidates who reside in West Bengal for at least 10 years continuously as on 31.12.2019

 

Residential / domicile certificate for candidates who reside outside West Bengal but whose parents are permanent residents of West Bengal or have permanent address in West Bengal.
