VSUPGCET 2020

VSUPGCET 2020 (Vikrama Simhapuri University Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) is conducted every year for the admission to the post graduate courses for the next academic year by Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore. What is the eligibility to apply for VSUPGCET 2020 exam?

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria set by the University to apply for the VSUPGCET 2020 exam. In general the candidate must have completed a UG degree with 40% of marks.

For the admission in M.A Economics, English, Political Science & Public Administration, Telugu, M.Sc. Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics with Computer Applications, Zoology and Environmental Science the candidate must score a minimum 40% in that particular subject.

For the admission in M.Ed marks scored in B.Ed. should be at least 50% and 45% of aggregate marks in degree/PG.
For SC/ST candidates a pass is sufficient for the entrance of VSUPGCET 2020 exam.
Final year students of UG courses can also apply.

How to apply for VSUPGCET 2020 exam?

Candidates can only apply through online mode. To submit their applications they can log in through the official university portal. Candidates must apply for the VSUPGCET 2020 exam before the last date announced by the University. They can also pay the fees online by using credit/debit cards. When will the result for VSUPGCET 2020 be announced?

As per the official notification the results for VSUPGCET 2020 exam will be released on 18.07.2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic the examination has been postponed, also the dates were extended for online application up to 15.07.2020 hence the date for result announcements is also postponed. How is the VSUPGCET counselling process 2020 done?

The counselling for the PG courses consists of 2 phases. The counselling is conducted on the basis of the rank list of candidates who appeared for the entrance examination. The marks scored by the candidate are used to assign the rank list. The candidate can change their choice by these two chances of counselling and after the completion of phase two counselling the university and colleges will be open for classes.
