New Update on 30-07-2021: VMOU B.Ed 2021 - VMU has postponed the B.Ed entrance exam. Prior to this, the VMOU B.Ed entrance exam was scheduled for August 1, 2021. Whereas, the application process for the VMOU B.Ed. class of 2021 is now closed. From the official website, vmou.ac.in, or this page, candidates can find out all the information they need about B.Ed Admissions. The course is two years long. Currently, the exam is being administered in an offline mode only. There are multiple-choice questions on the test. It will take three hours to complete the exam. For VMOU B.Ed 2021, candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree and be currently employed as a teacher in some capacity.

VMOU B.Ed 2021 Eligibility Criteria
1. There should be teachers currently teaching primary classes (classes 1 to 5 or classes 1 to 8) in a state / non-state (recognized) school.
2. Those who have regularized BSTC. (B.S.T.C.) / D.L.Ed. (D.El.Ed.) etc. Equivalent two-year primary teacher education training program which is NCTE. Is recognized as having passed.
3. Graduates / Post Graduates (Arts / Science / Commerce) Examination should be passed with general class minimum 50 percent, B.Tech. Graduation (with Science Mathematics specialization) General class minimum 55 percent. SC / ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Diwali, and a widow and divorced women candidates of Rajasthan will be given 5 percent relaxation in the said graduation / postgraduate qualification percentage.
How To Apply For VMOU B.Ed 2021?
- Take a step to the official website @ vmou.ac.in.
- On the home page, under the Important Announcements, click on the Admissions.
- Now make a search for the link that says VMOU B.Ed Entrance Exam Application Form 2021.
- After finding the link, give a tap on it.
- Get registered yourself by clicking on the Register option and entering the basic details.
- Login to the Application Form by using the user id and the password.
- Fill up the Application Form with the respective details like educational and personal details.
- Pay the prescribed Application Fee.
- Hit on the submit button.
- Save the Application Form and get the hardcopy of it further reference.
VMOU B.Ed 2021 Exam Pattern
There will be a total of five parts in the entrance examination.
a) Mental ability
b) Teacher Aptitude
c) General Awareness
d) Language Proficiency (Hindi)
e) Language proficiency (English)
- The question paper will be OMR seat-based.
- All the questions in the question paper will be multiple choice.
- There will be 4 options for each question.
- By selecting the correct answer (one of the a. b. c. d), the candidate will be filled in the blank (shell) given in front of the question number.
- The question paper will be in both English and Hindi mediums. (Exclude language-related questions.
- The duration of the entrance examination will be of three hours (3 hours).
- Each question will be of 3 marks and the question paper will be of a total of 450 marks.
- Each part will have 30 questions and there will be a total of five sections in the question paper and the total will be 150 questions
- The correct answer will be given full 3 marks and for every wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
- The correct choice will be thickened by a black or blue ball pen.
If the shells are filled, there would be no right to adjust or use the whitener. The issue will be considered cancelled if you do so. The query will be considered cancelled if more than one sphere is filled. Do not let any blot or mark/dot be accidental, in addition to the correct response in one of the four goals made in front of each question. In this case, the scan machine, assuming it has two responses, will cancel your response. In each of the four goals set up in front of each question, make just one correct choice ball that is absolutely black/blue.
What is the VMOU B.Ed 2021 Syllabus?
The topics from which questions according to different questions are framed are given below.
Section A Mental ability test shall consist of 30 objectives type (Multiple choices) question to test the following abilities:
- Reasoning
- Imagination
- Judgment & Decision Making
- Creative Thinking
- Generalization
- Drawing Inferences etc
Section B Teacher Attitude and Aptitude shall consist of 30 objectives type (Multiple choices) question to test the following abilities:
- Teaching profession
- Teaching learning process –learner and teacher
- Social involvement
- Experimentation & Innovations pertaining to school activities
- Professional Ethics etc.
- Teacher abilities such as kindliness, co-cooperativeness, patience, fairness, wide interest, discipline Enthusiasm & optimism
Section C: General Awareness shall consist of 30 objectives type (Multiple choices) question to test the following abilities:
- Current (National & International) affairs
- Indian History & Culture
- India and its natural resources
- Great Indian Personalities (Past and Present)
- Environmental awareness 6. Awareness about Rajasthan
Section D Language Proficiency (Hindi) consist of 30 objectives type (Multiple choice) question reading proficiency in Hindi language related to the following aspects:
- Spelling
- Sentence structures (Simple & Compound)
- Comprehension/Unseen Passage
- Functional Grammar
- Vocabulary
- Correct Language usage
Section E: Language proficiency (English) consists of 30-Objective type (Multiple choices) question regarding proficiency in English related to the following aspects:
- Spelling
- Sentence structures (Simple & Compound)
- Comprehension/Unseen Passage

One week prior to the VMOU B.Ed Entrance Exam Date, the VMOU B.Ed Entrance Exam Admit Card will be valid.
